Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of cami.studio, including CAMI OS Scorecards and reports, strategy call bookings, and your account. By using the site or making a purchase, you agree to them.

CAMI OS Scorecards and reports are informational and educational. They reflect the answers you provide and publicly available information about your business at the time they are generated. They are not legal, financial, tax, or professional advice, and they do not guarantee any business outcome.

Prices are listed in US dollars and charged through Stripe at checkout. Reports are digital products delivered to your account and by email. Each full report purchase includes up to three free re-runs. If something goes wrong with a purchase, email hello@cami.studio and we will make it right.

Strategy calls are booked and paid for in advance through the booking page. If you need to reschedule, contact us as early as possible and we will find a new time.

Completing CAMI OS creates an account for you using the email you provided. Keep your sign in links and credentials private. You are responsible for activity that happens through your account.

You own the answers and materials you submit. You give CAMI Studio permission to use them to produce your results, operate your account, and improve the service. We do not use your private answers in marketing or share them with other customers.

The website, report templates, scoring approach, and CAMI OS methodology belong to CAMI Studio. Your purchased report is yours to keep and share. Reproducing or reselling the underlying system, templates, or methodology is not permitted.

Do not misuse the site: no scraping, no attempting to access other accounts or reports, no submitting false information, and no interfering with the service. We may suspend access for abuse.

If something goes wrong, contact us first so we can try to resolve it informally. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be handled through binding arbitration in Puerto Rico, and these terms are governed by the laws of Puerto Rico. To the extent permitted by law, CAMI Studio's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
