When you use this website, we collect the information you choose to give us:

Contact form submissions (your name, email, organization, and message), CAMI OS questionnaire answers (details about your business, tools, and goals), account details (your name and email address), and booking details when you schedule a strategy call.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

We use your information to respond to your messages, generate your CAMI OS Scorecard and reports, deliver purchases, create and maintain your account, and send you the emails you asked for, such as report updates and feedback requests.

Your questionnaire answers are also used to produce your personalized results. They are private to you and to CAMI Studio.

We do not sell your information. We do not publish your questionnaire answers or your reports. Your full report is only available to you through your account and to CAMI Studio for support and delivery.

A small number of service providers help us operate: Stripe for payments, our email delivery service for transactional email, Google Calendar for booking strategy calls, and AI processing services that help generate your report content. Each receives only what it needs to do its job.

You can ask us to see, correct, or delete your information at any time by emailing hello@cami.studio. You can also unsubscribe from optional update emails while keeping access to your account and purchased reports.

Your reports and answers live behind your account sign in. Access to private business information is limited to authorized systems and to CAMI Studio. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but protecting your information is a responsibility we take seriously.
